Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

Return Request

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Include:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Reason for the return

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are generally not accepted for:

  • Used or installed products.
  • Products damaged after installation.
  • Products with missing original packaging or accessories.
  • Special-order or customized items.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, eligible refunds will be processed using the original payment method or another agreed method.

Incorrect Part Ordered

If you ordered the wrong part, please contact us before installation. Returns for customer ordering mistakes may be accepted only if the product remains unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs may apply.
